Data we process and purpose
When you contact us by email, phone, WhatsApp or the contact form, we process the data you provide (for example name, email address, phone number and the content of your message) in order to handle your request, look after your interest in a property and stay in touch with you. The legal basis is pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Hosting and content delivery network (Cloudflare)
This website is hosted and delivered through the network of Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). On our behalf, Cloudflare processes technical access data (for example IP address, date and time, requested page and browser type) to provide the site securely and reliably and to protect it against attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and efficient operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A data processing agreement is in place with Cloudflare.
Local storage in your browser
This website stores your language choice and your decision on the map integration locally in your browser (localStorage). This data serves operation and your convenience, is not transmitted to us or third parties, and can be deleted at any time via your browser settings.
Retention and recipients
We store personal data only for as long as necessary for the stated purposes or as required by legal retention periods. We do not sell your data. It is only shared with service providers that help us operate the website (e.g. hosting) or where we are legally obliged to do so.
International transfers
